As a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, swimming teacher, and now a proud owner of CycleBar Currambine since September 2024, Kathryn has dedicated their career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. With expertise in bodybuilding, Pilates, weight training, and a wide variety of fitness modalities, Kathryn offers a holistic approach to fitness that motivates and challenges every rider. Their goal is simple: to inspire and empower individuals to become the best version of themselves, inside and out.
